We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment specifically meant for high viscosity blends and are able to meet tight tolerances certified by our lab. We use a Cowles mixer as well as hydraulic presses for removal of material from the vessels. CSI also specializes in Solvent blends that our customers do not want to mix in house due to the flammability issues. Many of our customers have been able to significantly lower insurance costs by having us blend their flammable solvents. On a daily basis we mix simple to very complex blends that are both our customer’s formulations as well as our own.
